What’s Ruby’s

Ruby’s was created from a seed of love followed by the need for a good sandwich. We choose only the best cuts of meat and cheese, slice them in house daily and pair them with local breads, fresh veggies and house-pickled ones. Our goal is to the let the ingredients do the talking and provide the highest quality sandwich, just like an old fashioned deli.

Pick a signature sandwich or create your own. Any sandwich with your choice of bread, cheese and up to 3 meats is $7.69.   Add additional meat (above 3) or extra cheese $1.49
